L'Occitane, the global natural beauty brand, faced a tight 42-day deadline to test social selling by launching an exclusive Mother’s Day collection that customers could buy and checkout from inside Facebook. The shop was live in weeks (sales began within two weeks of implementation), conversions improved as creative and targeting were iterated, a checkout click was eliminated, and the campaign delivered higher conversion rates and actionable customer insights for future social commerce efforts.
