How LIVELY's Omnichannel Approach Increased Average Order Value by 80%

LIVELY, the lingerie brand founded in 2015, needed a way to grow beyond digital-only retail while lowering customer acquisition costs and creating a better way for women to shop for bras. The company turned to Shopify’s commerce platform and POS to support its omnichannel strategy, including online and in-store shopping, as well as a custom booking experience for bra fittings.

Shopify helped LIVELY connect its ecommerce site with in-store sales, launch a proprietary “fit sesh” appointment flow, and centralize customer data across locations. The results were strong: 50% of New York customers now discover LIVELY by walking past its stores, about 30% of in-store revenue came from online fitting bookings, and average order value from booked customers was 60–80% higher than from walk-ins.
