Working with creative agency ANY and Shopify Plus partner DBNY, LilGadgets implemented an ultra‑custom checkout: a clear three‑step flow presented on a single desktop page (with each step as a standalone page on mobile), a feedback‑triggered sidebar cart, Google Maps address verification, and Shopify Pay. The result was a 38.3% lift in peak conversions, an average conversion rate of 8%, and higher conversions even as site traffic increased by 80%, with customers praising the checkout’s simplicity and design.
