Hertha BSC, one of Germany’s most historic football clubs, needed to unite its online and offline fan touchpoints to create a seamless omnichannel experience. The club was struggling with disconnected data silos across ticketing, the online store, and the retail store, and wanted to build a single sign-on solution to improve fan engagement and customer value. With Shopify Plus, Hertha BSC migrated from Shopware and launched a new online store in time for the 2023/24 season after just six months of development.
