Dalfilo, an Italian artisanal home linen brand founded in 2021, faced rapid growth after a pandemic-era pivot and needed a way to manage online, B2C, B2B, and physical retail sales across multiple European markets. Using Shopify and Shopify Plus, the company set out to unify its commerce operations while keeping inventory, orders, and customer experiences consistent as it scaled.
Shopify implemented a unified commerce setup that connected Dalfilo’s D2C site, “Dalfilo Business” B2B portal, Oracle-based inventory and logistics, and later Shopify POS for its Milan flagship store. The results were strong: Dalfilo grew more than 10x in four years, surpassed 110,000 customers, and collected over 10,000 reviews with a 4.6/5 average rating, while Shopify automation and integrations helped streamline operations and support continued expansion.
