Using Shopify, it set out to unify online and in-store experiences, simplify complex legacy systems, and better connect with both loyal customers and new audiences without losing the brand’s distinctive identity.

Shopify helped Belstaff migrate to a unified commerce platform that connected POS and ecommerce, enabled headless commerce, and centralized customer data. Belstaff cut what had previously been a 12- to 18-month omnichannel rollout down to four months, while also seeing a drastic improvement in speed to market, a drastic decrease in total cost of ownership, and an increase in conversion.
