Grace & Lace is a fashion and knitwear brand that grew from a post–Shark Tank breakout to millions in annual sales, selling roughly 90% of its products online. On its previous BigCommerce platform the company experienced outages during traffic spikes and—more importantly—felt constrained by limited flexibility and the inability to execute basic ecommerce tactics like effective upsells and cross-sells.

After replatforming to Shopify Plus in 2019, Grace & Lace gained access to a robust app ecosystem that enabled tailored upsell/cross-sell functionality, increased average order value, and allowed the team to operate without an in-house IT staff. The brand reports renewed agility and is targeting 20% year‑over‑year top-line growth while continuing its charitable work supporting orphanages in India.
