Glamlite, the Los Angeles-based cosmetics brand founded by Gisselle Hernandez, wanted to grow international sales but was held back by high USPS shipping costs, slow delivery times, and no international package tracking. The company turned to Shopify and its Managed Markets service to solve these issues and improve global customer retention and competitiveness.

Shopify implemented Managed Markets to replace USPS with DHL, enabling fast, affordable 2–3 day international shipping and better customer visibility. In the six months after launch, Glamlite achieved 2.25X growth in international sales, a 24% increase in international AOV, and conversion rate gains of 67% in the UK and 77% in Germany.
