Farmacology Organics is a family-run maker of pure, organic herbal body and home products rooted in Appalachian herbal traditions. The business exploded in 2013 after a homemade vitamin-water post on Facebook grew their page from 83 to over 53,000 likes in a week, but that rapid growth exposed weaknesses: a poor mobile ordering experience cost sales, fulfillment was stretched, and later changes to Facebook’s reach made relying on a single channel risky.
They migrated to Shopify with a certified designer, improved mobile UX, and streamlined fulfillment using Order Printer and Shippo while diversifying marketing through their blog, Twitter, Pinterest and guest posts (with an affiliate program planned). The upgrades restored customer purchasing on mobile, smoothed operations, sustained traffic and sales across multiple channels, and helped build a loyal, growing customer base.
