Emma Bridgewater, the iconic British home and kitchen brand, was running an aging ecommerce site on Venda that no longer reflected its position or met customer expectations. The company needed a mobile-first refresh and better multi‑currency functionality and regional data to improve search, navigation, and checkout across international markets.
Working with Shopify Plus and agency partner We Make Websites, Emma Bridgewater migrated and synced customer, product, and order data with NetSuite, rebuilt the site for mobile, and rolled out storefronts in four currencies. The relaunch drove a 32% increase in mobile users, a 13% rise in mobile revenue, and a £190,000 sales day during the first major post‑migration promotion, while enabling improved regional tracking and future market expansion.
