dryrobe, founded in Devon, UK, was born when a surfer frustrated with freezing, exposed car-park changes decided to build a better solution. The founder designed a hybrid change-robe — a portable, private, warm and waterproof garment — sourcing a durable outer fabric in the UK and adapting a military-grade lining to create a long-lasting product, prototyping and refining samples locally.

The product was launched via social media and word-of-mouth and sold through a Shopify store alongside a growing wholesale channel that now makes up nearly half of sales. Operations run on Xero (with Carry the One), HubLogix-linked inventory, and a UK fulfillment house (with new stock sent to Chicago to expand the US market), while customer reviews and multi-channel marketing drive ongoing traffic and growth.
