Dermalogica, a global skincare brand and training provider, needed a more affordable, flexible, and responsive ecommerce platform than Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Its previous setup made it difficult to manage regional markets independently, added development complexity and cost, and limited the brand’s ability to support its products, treatments, and educational content.
Shopify implemented a single-store, cross-border ecommerce solution with app integrations, automation via Shopify Flow, and self-serve content tools to speed up operations and improve merchandising. The results were strong: Dermalogica saw a 119% increase in sales, a 45% increase in conversion rate, and a 44% improvement in site speed, along with higher organic traffic and better user engagement after moving to Shopify.
