Cozy Earth uses Shopify Collective to cross-sell with their sister company

Cozy Earth, a Utah-based premium bedding and loungewear brand, wanted to boost awareness for its new sister brand, Fount Society, through cross-selling and co-branding. The company needed a way to share products, inventory, pricing, and product details across separate storefronts without duplicating SKUs or disrupting its existing reporting, and it was looking for a solution that wouldn’t add sales-based fees. Cozy Earth turned to Shopify Collective, with support from Shopify Payments, to make the process easier.

Shopify Collective enabled Cozy Earth to seamlessly sync products between the two brands, automate payments, and track order volume and sales in one view while integrating with Netsuite, iDrive Logistics, and Loop. The results were strong: 46% of Fount Society revenue came from Shopify Collective purchases, over 60% of web traffic to Fount Society’s site was driven by co-branding, and 36% of Fount Society sales on the Cozy Earth website came from new customers.
