The team needed to build and manage an ambassador program—recruiting creators who share their values, offering custom commissions, managing gifting and discount codes, and discovering partners—but lacked a central place in Shopify to support and scale these efforts.
Using Shopify Collabs, Solgaard can discover creators across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok with the Recruit feature, manage ambassador relationships and ROI directly in the Shopify Admin, and use Affiliate Tiers to distribute referral links and discount codes. In six months the program grew to ~50 ambassadors, drove an average 287% month‑over‑month increase in creator-generated revenue and generated over $50,000 in affiliate sales, enabling faster scaling and better program management.
