Complex Networks, the entertainment company behind ComplexCon, needed to quickly pivot after canceling its 2020 event and find a new way to deliver its streetwear, music, and brand experiences online. To do that, it turned to Shopify Plus to support a new digital commerce approach for ComplexLand, an immersive shopping experience built with Jam3 and Riess Group.

Shopify helped Complex Networks launch a headless, 3D shopping experience where visitors could play a game, browse products, and access exclusive drops with minimal bot interference. The Shopify Plus platform also helped solve checkout, inventory, and queuing challenges, enabling a fast rollout and a successful event with expert guidance from Shopify.
