Bloom & Give is a Dallas-based, first‑generation Indian American–founded brand selling handmade scarves, bags and soon jewelry and footwear sourced from women artisans in India. The founders built the company around a social mission—donating 50% of profits to girls’ education—and faced the challenge of scaling a values-driven, artisan supply chain while quickly finding and converting U.S. customers.

They launched on Shopify, leveraged a shared product catalog with a partner to go live in a day, and run shipping and fulfillment in-house using ShippingEasy plus MailChimp and Xero for operations. A Dallas launch event drove their first 100 customers, early sales have come from friends, email CRM and social channels, and a 25‑person Ambassador program (plus Buyable Pins and a Facebook store) is positioned to drive growth; roughly every purchase funds a year of school for a girl, and product expansion and referral tools are underway.
