Antonioli, a high-fashion retail brand founded in Milan, needed to migrate from HiStreet to Shopify to reduce high maintenance costs, improve stability, and better manage its growing global e-commerce operations. With support from the agency Cooder, the company also faced the challenge of consolidating many price lists and connecting back-end and front-end systems across its international stores and large catalog.

Shopify implemented a scalable platform with app ecosystem support, plus tools like Shopify Flow and Scripts, alongside Cooder’s PIM/OMS solution Powngo to centralize operations and automate workflows. The result was faster deployment, improved traffic performance, and more efficient order and returns management; Antonioli also integrated 19 international markets, managed 56K+ SKUs, and increased Average Order Value by 15%, with e-commerce contributing 20% of turnover.
