Tilley, a Canadian heritage apparel brand, needed to shift from a wholesale-driven model to a digital-first ecommerce strategy after a change in ownership. The company turned to Shopify Plus to find an agile platform that could support revenue growth in existing markets and help prepare for expansion into new ones.

Using Shopify Plus, Shopify partner JC+CO Growth Accelerants replatformed Tilley’s site and added tools like Klaviyo, Okendo, and Gorgias to improve the customer experience and back-end operations. The result was a 200% increase in conversions and more than 120% growth in monthly revenue, with Shopify helping Tilley also launch into the Australian market.
