64FACETS is a family-run, New Delhi–based fine handcrafted jewelry boutique with a 15‑craftsman team and generations of expertise. Facing the challenge of reaching a wider, global audience — while introducing a lower price‑point line without compromising design or quality (pieces from INR 15,000 / US$275) and navigating India’s logistical hurdles — the founders decided to take the business online.

They launched an online store on Shopify in November 2013, going live in weeks with smooth payment integrations, custom packaging and shipping partnerships (UPS for international, local carriers domestically). The site enabled self‑serve purchases (their first online sale came from an existing customer), boosted visibility through email, social and PR, opened international partnership opportunities, and now delivers fine jewelry quickly worldwide, driving increased traffic, sales and global exposure.
