Woodworks upgrades its CNC workflow with ShopBot Tools, Inc. in a new 12' x 14' shop

The customer, Tim Lucas Custom Woodworks, faced significant challenges with material handling and workflow inefficiency in their old, cramped workshop. To overcome these limitations and grow their custom cabinet and furniture business, they utilized a second-hand PRT ShopBot from ShopBot Tools, Inc., integrated with eCabinets software for design and cutting.

ShopBot Tools, Inc. provided the CNC routing solution that enabled the customer to precisely cut complex parts, including those for large projects like a curved church desk. The results were so successful that the customer was able to expand into a large, purpose-built new shop, where they planned to reassemble and upgrade their ShopBot to further optimize their production workflow and increase efficiency.
