Nextbase, the global leader in car technology, wanted to deliver more relevant shopping experiences for existing customers rather than showing them generic product content. Working with Shogun’s Personalization tool, the team set out to improve engagement and conversions for shoppers who had already purchased a Dash Cam.

Shogun helped Nextbase create a personalized Dash Cam collection page for past Dash Cam buyers by swapping the usual product promotion for complementary accessories like the Rear Window Cam, Rear View Camera, and Cabin View Camera. The test delivered strong results: conversion rate rose from 2.86% to 6.34%, a 122% increase, and clickthrough rate improved from 55% to 68%, a 23% increase.
