How Glentel and Fulcrum Digital personalized regional content with Shogun

Glentel, Canada’s leading connected service retailer, needed a better ecommerce experience as it re-platformed to Shopify Plus with Fulcrum Digital. The main challenge was localization: wireless plans, carriers, and pricing varied by province, and Glentel needed to show shoppers only the relevant information without overwhelming them or hurting conversion.

Using Shogun’s Personalized Experiences, Fulcrum Digital created province-specific page variants triggered by URL parameters, along with a Province Selector in the navigation. Shogun automatically duplicated the main page into localized versions so the team could manage content more efficiently, giving shoppers both national visibility and province-specific offers while reducing confusion and improving the shopping experience.
