A The Shoestring Agency Case Study
The Center for Economic Progress, a Chicago-based nonprofit, needed to develop a brand for a new national financial aid education program. They partnered with The Shoestring Agency to create a compelling identity and supporting materials for this initiative.
The Shoestring Agency developed the name "Financial Aid U," along with its logo, tagline, and key messaging. They also designed student guide books and a workbook for volunteer coaches. This program was highly successful, with 96% of students finding the coaching very helpful. It helped clients access over $22 million in Pell Grants and state aid, with an estimated $9.3 million awarded for college enrollment.
