How Rogers Hearing Solutions Is Making Quality Hearing Care More Accessible for Clients Using Novel Cutting-edge Technology

Rogers Hearing Solutions, an Audibel-affiliated hearing retail chain with multiple offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, wanted a better way to deliver mobile hearing care at the Topsfield Fair. Their challenge was to test and fit hearing aids outside the clinic more efficiently and improve the return on investment of this annual event. SHOEBOX provided the technology they needed, including SHOEBOX Audiometry and SHOEBOX QuickTest.

Using SHOEBOX QuickTest as a one-minute pre-screen and SHOEBOX Audiometry for full evaluations, Rogers Hearing Solutions was able to triage fairgoers more efficiently and focus time on people most likely to have hearing loss. The new workflow increased full evaluations from 40 to 65, boosted hearing aid sales from 10 units to 19, and raised revenue from $17,400 to $41,900. Of that total, 12 units and $28,000 in sales were attributed directly to SHOEBOX QuickTest.
