LIFEAID is an independent maker of targeted, natural lifestyle beverages (GOLFERAID, FITAID, PARTYAID) that grew rapidly through retail and event channels and earned spots on the 2016–2017 INC 500 list. That expansion exposed gaps in logistics: LIFEAID needed scalable fulfillment infrastructure, better order management and retailer-compliant B2B shipping to support national growth and improve west-coast delivery.
LIFEAID partnered with Shipwire to add strategically located distribution centers, integrate Magento and ShipStation into a single platform, and consolidate carrier and retailer requirements. The result: four DCs that reach 90% of U.S. customers within two days, roughly $0.50 saved per order through negotiated parcel rates, and the operational leverage to grow top line ~60% while shipping costs rose only 9%.
