Teleport, Southeast Asia’s largest air logistics network with 164 hubs across APAC, 207 fleets and 80% regional coverage, faced scaling limits from legacy systems: no real-time rider tracking, manual POD collection, inefficient trip creation, frequent SLA breaches and poor 3PL benchmarking. To address these challenges Teleport partnered with Shipsy to automate hub operations and last-mile workflows using Shipsy’s Hub Ops App, AI-powered route optimization and unified tracking/dashboard capabilities.

Shipsy implemented a single real-time dashboard for hub managers, automated trip creation and AI route optimization, system-driven sorting/in-out scanning, auto-tracked driver performance and real-time POD sync, plus a unified 3PL dashboard with 150+ carrier integrations. As a result, Shipsy delivered increased serviceability and delivery reliability, drastic reductions in distance traveled and fuel consumption, better adherence to same-day SLAs, higher daily deliveries per rider, improved reporting and decision-making, and enhanced driver productivity.
