Spencer's Retail, a multi-format omni-channel retailer operating 45+ stores and selling 20,000+ products online, faced mounting operational challenges: meeting ultra-fast fulfillment SLAs, providing reliable ETAs, rising picking errors, high return volumes, rider shortages during peak hours, and fragmented data across WMS/OMS/TMS that caused inventory inaccuracies. To address these issues Spencer's engaged Shipsy and deployed Shipsy's TMS and WMS solutions to centralize transportation and warehousing.
