Leading Online Pharmacy Store, India's third-largest retail pharmacy and wellness products chain with 265+ stores across Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka, struggled with poor visibility of order movement, lack of customer ETA transparency, manual driver allocation, rising delivery costs and an inability to meet aggressive 2‑ and 6‑hour SLAs. To solve this, the customer partnered with Shipsy and implemented Shipsy’s automation-powered unified delivery management platform to manage on‑demand, planned and 3PL deliveries across floating and dedicated fleets.
Shipsy automated driver allocation, intelligent partner selection, dynamic ETAs and KPI-based driver payouts to improve visibility and fleet utilization. The result: order volumes doubled post go‑live, average delivery time fell from 110 minutes to 90 minutes (an 18% TAT reduction), auto allocation and better use of floating/dedicated fleets were achieved, seamless driver payouts were enabled, and the business is positioned to add roughly 10,000 orders per day — delivering measurable cost and service improvements.
