How Hellmann Created a CEP Re-selling Product & Increased Topline Using Shipsy

Hellmann Logistics, a global logistics provider, wanted to launch a CEP re-selling product to monetize its existing customers across 58 countries and handle several hundred thousand parcels. Shipsy implemented a plug‑and‑play SaaS solution including a customer portal and APIs, rate shopping and digital rate/TAT masters, 3PL auto‑allocation and label generation, branded tracking and multi‑channel status updates, standardized failed‑delivery handling, and invoice generation/reconciliation with a markup engine. Using Shipsy, Hellmann rolled the CEP product out across its target geography (58 countries) to support several hundred thousand shipments, achieved fast go‑live timelines (2–4 weeks), and unlocked new revenue streams that increased topline while streamlining operations and finance.
