You Are Beautiful is a grassroots brand founded by Matthew Hoffman that spreads a positive message through stickers and related products, growing organically to more than 1.5 million stickers and international installations. Rapid community-driven growth, frequent small and international orders, subscription packs and a successful Kickstarter created a shipping bottleneck — managing labels, customs forms, invoices and orders from multiple sales channels was time-consuming and error-prone.

ShipStation centralized orders from multiple stores, allowed CSV imports and bulk commands, and automated tasks and filters to pre-fill customs forms, print prepaid labels and generate invoices with a single click. The result: the Kickstarter book fulfillment and hundreds of daily orders were processed in a fraction of the time (about an hour for the Kickstarter run), reducing manual work, improving accuracy and letting the team scale shipping efficiently.
