Vintek Nutrition, founded after owners developed Dia-Treaties® to save their diabetic dog Vinny, creates patented supplements that help dogs with diabetes, skin/coat issues, and vitality. As production moved to an FDA-inspected facility, a feature in Guideposts caused orders to surge and shipping became a bottleneck—their previous shipping tools required SQL Server access and were too time-consuming for a small team.

They implemented ShipStation with two user seats, a printer, and a fulfillment partnership for cold storage and worldwide shipping, integrating orders from BigCommerce and Amazon. ShipStation’s real-time visibility, automated tracking emails and international label support removed the server access issue and streamlined fulfillment, freeing the founders to focus on marketing and grow the business.
