The Blissful Dog is a small business that makes organic nose, paw, elbow and boo‑boo butters for dogs, founded by Kathy Daniel‑Vitcak from her experience with show dogs. As the brand and online store grew (WordPress/WooCommerce and Etsy), order fulfillment became a daily drain — 4–5 hours spent organizing, printing labels and driving 35 miles to the post office — made worse by PayPal shipping limits and earlier Mac compatibility issues.

Kathy implemented ShipStation to centralize orders and shipping from one interface, print postage and customs forms, and enable USPS pickup, plus add remote fulfillment access. The change cut fulfillment to minutes a day, saving an estimated 2–3 hours daily (roughly 1,000 hours a year), reduced stress, freed time for marketing and growth, and made hiring fulfillment support feasible.
