Sock Club, founded in Austin by Noah Lee and Dane Jensen, started as a colorful sock subscription and custom-sock business that quickly outgrew home-based packing. As they moved manufacturing to North Carolina and expanded subscriptions and wholesale work, they needed a consistent, scalable shipping and fulfillment process that supported multiple carriers, automated orders, and improved customer experience.
