PrintPost is a white-label print and framing fulfilment service that ships artwork worldwide, but before using ShipStation in 2019, its team relied on a very manual shipping process that slowed operations and increased the risk of errors. The company needed a better way to handle high order volumes while still supporting detailed customization for each client.
ShipStation automated PrintPost’s shipping workflow, with orders flowing in from Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and Not On The High Street, and helped generate packing lists and shipping information automatically. As a result, PrintPost scaled to as many as 20,000 orders per month and can now comfortably process more than 1,000 shipments per day, while improving visibility for customer service and supporting expansion into new US and EU fulfillment sites.
