Me and My Car (and sister brand Me and My Sport), founded by Fiona Elliott, sells themed gifts online and grew beyond the capabilities of its legacy systems. The team struggled with manual order processing across multiple marketplaces (including Not On The High Street and Etsy), needed seamless postage handling for Royal Mail and other carriers, and found it time-consuming to locate and share tracking information with customers.
