The solution involved integrating ShipStation's shipping software via API with their SHIFT Commerce platform. This allowed Matalan to set up each retail store as a user account to pick, pack, and ship orders directly from the store. Using ShipStation, they successfully shipped over one million orders from their stores, which helped increase their online revenue by 77% and handle 40-50% of their online order volume through this new method.
