JustPoppin.com is a small gourmet popcorn retailer that grew out of a hobby for perfect popcorn kernels and now sells non-GMO kernels, flavorings and popping equipment online. As the business expanded, co-founders Buck and Jennie found themselves buried in time-consuming fulfillment tasks—managing orders across marketplaces, packing, printing postage and coping with record carrier price increases—which made it hard to focus on growth.
