Jeep People began as a social brand for Jeep enthusiasts that quickly grew into an e-commerce business—amassing over 250,000 followers and launching an online store in January 2017. As demand surged and the founder, Taylor Pierce, shifted from a side project to full-time CEO, their cart’s built-in shipping module became a bottleneck: order fulfillment was manual, slow, and needed a multi-carrier solution to scale.

They implemented ShipStation to centralize orders, create USPS and UPS labels, and automate fulfillment workflows.
