StrongerRX, founded in 2005 by coach Omar Cordero, makes performance fitness apparel and equipment and grew from trunk sales into a multi-channel e-commerce business on Magento, eBay and Amazon. Rapidly rising order volume exposed scaling problems: manual address entry and postal trips slowed fulfillment, and Excel-based inventory tracking produced inaccurate stock counts, frequent physical audits and finance headaches.
To fix this, StrongerRX adopted ShipStation (2012) to consolidate orders, streamline packing/labeling and manage multiple carriers, then added Finale Inventory (2013) for real-time, cloud-based inventory that integrates with ShipStation. Adding a Magento POS for events kept retail sales synced across systems. The combined solution smoothed back-office operations, improved stock accuracy, delighted teams and customers, supported fast growth (including a #1 CrossFit brand recognition in 2014) and positioned the company to expand retail and West Coast fulfillment.
