Genius Pack designs engineered luggage and travel gear that simplify packing and travel. As the brand grew, it needed to both showcase unique product features to boost sales and scale fulfillment—generating thousands of packing slips, batching orders, comparing carrier rates, and quickly sharing tracking information—tasks that would be impractical to manage manually.

Genius Pack implemented ShipStation to automate packing-slip generation, use custom mapping presets to batch orders, compare multiple carriers to pick the most cost-effective option, and bulk-upload tracking numbers to trigger customer notifications. Combined with product videos on each page to demonstrate functionality, these changes sped operations, reduced shipping costs, and significantly improved conversion and customer communication.
