FilterEasy is a subscription service that delivers replacement air filters, started after its founders repeatedly ran into the hassle of wrong sizes and forgotten replacements. Moving to a subscription model solved the “out of sight, out of mind” problem but created a new challenge: rapidly scaling order fulfillment and managing a growing volume of shipments.

FilterEasy implemented ShipStation to manage, track, and sort orders, leveraging its APIs, carrier integrations, filtering and reporting tools. The platform streamlined operations, simplified onboarding of carriers and software, and provided the data and visibility needed to reliably handle thousands of shipments per day.
