55 Hi's is a small creative studio founded by Ross Moody that designs witty, typography-driven paper products—cards, posters and more. As the shop grew, orders were processed manually through PayPal and tracking numbers were entered one-by-one in the USPS back end, creating a slow, error-prone fulfillment bottleneck that limited scalability.

By integrating ShipStation with Shopify, 55 Hi's automated label creation, tracking and shipping workflows and set up five customized notification emails for different customer types (generic, wholesale, retail, prospective stores and card samples).
