After 10x growth in shipments over 12 months, the company needed a scalable way to process large batches in real time—automating data imports/exports, retaining ownership of order data, and batching shipments without pre-sorting to keep labels fast, accurate, and efficient.

Bean Box implemented Shippo’s synchronous API to offer real-time carrier rates at checkout, generate labels quickly, and immediately triage invalid addresses without stalling other shipments. The integration enabled high-volume batch processing, produced USPS SCAN forms to save hours at pickup, and helped Bean Box scale operations while improving delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
