APG & Co, the parent company behind Sportscraft, SABA and JAG, wanted to expand online sales by making more of its stock available from physical locations. To support a ship-from-store strategy across free-standing and concession stores, APG & Co worked with Shippit to help scale fulfilment without increasing warehouse inventory.

Shippit enabled APG & Co to activate distributed fulfilment across more than 90 stores in under a week, giving each store access to shipping dashboards, tracking, and customer support tools. The results included higher in-store fulfilment of online orders, improved customer service, and stronger operational efficiency, with APG & Co reporting 99.8% customer satisfaction, an average shipping cost of $9.95 per shipment, and average delivery times of 3.48 days.
