Shippeo consolidated tracking for ~1,500 trucks, 370,000 loads per year and three carriers into one real-time view, using onboard devices and ML-driven ETA predictions while sending email/SMS alerts and tracking links to stores. The Shippeo solution reduced phone and email follow-ups, enabled proactive corrective actions at DCs, improved measurement of planned vs. actual arrivals and carrier turnaround times, and increased franchisee satisfaction.
