Shipium’s Carrier Selection platform integrated with Grove’s warehouse management system to provide real-time rate validation, label generation, and carrier selection through APIs. As a result, Grove eliminated shipping errors that had been costing more than 15%, cut pack-and-label wait times by more than 75% to under 5 seconds, and reduced downtime from about 10 days every three months to zero, while also avoiding hidden vendor fees.
