WRS Group, a Waco, Texas manufacturer of made-to-order 3D models, print products and promotional materials for health education, was losing money on freight and struggling with slow, manual quoting tied to an outdated rate table and a changing workforce. To fix shipping rating accuracy and speed up fulfillment, WRS engaged ShipHawk to automate freight rating and quoting and to provide Smart Packing™ cartonization and custom rules functionality.
