Redcat Racing, a leading maker of gas, nitro, and electric RC cars, outgrew its original B2B model and shifted to high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment. That exposed weaknesses in its pick/pack/ship process: manual packing checks, frequent mis-shipments, slow order processing due to a non‑integrated shipping system and an underperforming WMS, and reliance on paper-based weight/box recording. To solve this, Redcat Racing implemented ShipHawk’s packing and shipping solution integrated with their NetSuite ERP.
ShipHawk replaced manual touchpoints with an automated packing workflow that verifies contents, recommends optimal boxes, and automatically sends tracking back to NetSuite. The result: fulfillment accuracy rose to nearly 100%, order throughput doubled, the ~10‑second label delay was eliminated, and Redcat added extra pack stations without buying more NetSuite licenses—improving speed, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
