Kalalou, a 30+-year designer and supplier of home accents, garden decor, and gifts, needed better warehouse visibility and faster onboarding to handle peak-season volume across wholesale, eCommerce and drop-ship channels. To reduce training time for temporary workers and improve operational consistency, Kalalou partnered with ShipHawk and deployed the ShipHawk WMS.

ShipHawk implemented real-time dashboards and an operator performance dashboard that standardize processes, automate workflows, and enable managers to spot choke points and redeploy labor in real time. As a result, Kalalou drastically reduced the learning curve for temps, increased visibility into productivity, and doubled packer output from 11 to 22 boxes per hour.
