Compass Coffee, a Washington, D.C.–based roaster with 16 cafes and a rapidly growing eCommerce business, needed a shipping and fulfillment solution that would integrate with NetSuite, automate order processing, support guaranteed next‑day shipping, and give visibility into eCommerce orders. To solve those challenges they evaluated and selected ShipHawk’s shipping/fulfillment solution to replace manual workflows and improve order accuracy and customer experience.

ShipHawk streamlined Compass Coffee’s order fulfillment, providing out‑of‑the‑box functionality, on‑site support during implementation, and automated address verification and packing workflows.
